I loved learning about the crystals and different oils - what properties they have and how they can be useful. I also enjoyed blending the oils and learning about the different notes.

Julie facilitated a lovely and very mindful activity - decorating our journals. The input was there and ideas suggested but it was very much over to us to create our own journals as the mood took us. All the materials were lovely and so many to choose from and all resources were at our fingertips. It was a very creative activity that anyone can access regardless of any 'natural creativity'
