Making an aromatherapy reed diffuser was a lovely way to spend time. Decorating the bottle and making a bespoke aromatherapy mix produced something that I am now using and was enjoyable to do.
I thought it was very relaxing. Decorating the bottle was very good fun and you could express yourself through the decoration you choose to put on the bottle. Then, the mixing the different scents was gratifying and something you don’t do very often; it was different, you know…Creating your own personal scent

In this Create & Calm workshop, you will:
Decorate your reed diffuser bottle using your choice of techniques and design (decorative transfers or paint pens).
Learn about blending essential oils to create a calming blend, ready to add to carrier oil for your reed diffuser.
Choose to create one of my suggested blends or create your own personal blend with guidance.
Enjoy a relaxed, sensory experience designed to help you nurture calm and creativity.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 6 people per session, so you can enjoy plenty of guidance and personal attention in this intimate, calm & creative workshop.
