Although I'm not at all artistic and not even that creative, I really enjoyed the journal decorating activity with Julie. There were lots of different materials to use and I found it really therapeutic to do.

Julie facilitated a lovely and very mindful activity - decorating our journals. The input was there and ideas suggested but it was very much over to us to create our own journals as the mood took us. All the materials were lovely and so many to choose from and all resources were at our fingertips. It was a very creative activity that anyone can access regardless of any 'natural creativity'
